I went @ SM City North Edsa Annex last Oct 17, 2020 and parked at the same building. Bought Desktop complete paclage at PC Express. Unfortunately i left the monitor probably at the front of the car and was not able to load it inside the car and discovered it upon reaching our house. We called the security office and to my dismay no one is answering only to find out after so many calls that security office line is not working. We called the store and assisted us and they checked it withe the security at the parking area and told that he did no notice a Samsung monitor. I was not able to go back at the store to inquire with the security. On this regard, i would like to know the possibility of requesting for a cctv footage for my peace of mind. We submitted a complaint letter about PLDT last July 14 at your office and was received by Miss Kaye Gonzales. We have no dial tone and internet connection for a month now. We kept calling PLDT, but they just gave us a reference and said they will contact us when their technician will come here to fix it, but until now, no technician showed up.
