PLEASE TELL ME HOW I CAN CANCEL A RESERVATION ONLINE OR BY PHONE. This has been a really horrible experience. I tried calling the actual parks. AND, HOW DO I KNOW WHAT AGENCY THE CAMPGROUND IS ASSOCIATED WITH? I do not know what Agency is associated with the campgrounds I reserved. How do I figure that out? I just can not believe how much time I have wasted. And, it sounds like I'm not the only person going through this. Please give me all this info as soon as possible. I'M TRYING to cancel two reservations under my name. I never want to use this site again. I've been on hold with some department at 800-444-7275 for 20 minutes. I have no idea what to do. I tried to "email us" on the "contact us" page, but it asks for the agency first. This is ridiculous. Cameron Sellers .

Your website is most difficult to navigate and understand. I could not determine from your map where our desired RV spot is. I could not find how to enter that I'm due a discount. It was most difficult to find a proper Customer Service number. In checking with the actual park I was told there were no reservations to our second choice of RV site yet your system indicates it's already booked for the dates we are interested in. None of this makes sense.
