Mr. Burton Dykeman On Phone To Nintendo DS Canada Service
Shipped a Nintendo 2ds xl game console to Nintendo in Vancouver repair center October 30, it arrived there and was received Nov 5. I have b'en checking the website for updates and there is nothing updating I don;t know if they have it, it's lost it's repaired or if it's on it's way back. I have chatted with several people, called the customer service number which I guess is in the US and they cannot tell me anything. They escalated and said another seven days which have passed and still nothing
How do I find out anything about this item ? getting extremely frustrated with this.
