Continuing net wrapping problems with a 560 baler purchased new and has been used for the last two haying seasons. two different dealers have attempted to correct this issue on several different occasions with limited or no resolution. Have been using New Holland hay equipment for 20 years including five different round balers. Love the baler if it would just wrap the bale as it should. Net wrap is not reaching the outside edge of the bale leaving a mess on the end.

Hello I have a t 4. 75 newholland tractor from day one when delivered to my farm it was a problem wouldn't start when it was unloaded off there truck has had a fuel probably on average ever mouth for past year would just stop running like you turned it off with the key now it's bennett down again for over a week again it's been this for every time it's been worked on no quick fix.
On April 12, 2017 I purchased a New Holland Workmaster 60 from Taul Equipment. I have had an issue with a antifreeze leak around the head of the tractor. I contacted the dealer service dept. (Amy) on March 19 at 10:16am in which she was suppose to call back with a loaner tractor so I could get my tractor repaired. I NEVER received a call back that day. Called again March 20 and spoke with Amy at 8:26 am she was busy was suppose to call me back. Called her again two hours later and her response was she had been busy If I wanted to rent a tractor from them by the hour I could. This is nothing, but BS Plus it takes two weeks to get service If that is the way you treat a customer after the sale it is no wander Taul Equipment has such a bad reputation in the Elizabethtown/Cecilia KY area.
When New Holland issues a campaign on one of its tractors it should not only notify the dealers, but also the owners of any tractors that may be affected. My 2015 4. 75 has two campaigns on it according to the dealer and I never received any notification from New Holland. Now at two years and nine months with 500 hours the campaign problems are found, New Holland only feels it is responsible for about 25 % of cost. Greg

I have a complaint about my BR780 baler I purchased the baler used seven years ago on the first year I replaced the entire stuffer tube assembly with the larger 1. five inch upgrade and since then have replaced tubes every year at a cost ranging from $1000 to $1800 depending on what else was worn out and to date have spent more fixing stuffer than I spent purchasing the baler. This year my repair costs averaged $3. 00 per bale bailed. I recently found out that there is another revision with a center bearing. It would have been nice if your dealers would have informed me of this years ago. As it could have been replaced at a fraction of the cost I have spent over the years. Tomorrow I start repairing again so I can finish my bailing for the year. I sure wish I would have known seven years ago what I know now obviously going from green paint to red was a mistake.
