I had faced the worse corruption at Reynosa Mitsubishi dealer , I went to fix my transmission under warranty of my Lancer , they did not install all the clips of the plastic cover of the bottom of the car and it broken in the middle of the way, the denied all the responsibility and will not cover any cost of the reparation.

Hello, I have a complaint with your Australian Automotive outlet. I have a 2009 Out lander V6 auto (my sons car). The ABS light has come on and the dealer said the code indicates that the Module had failed and would cost $2500 to repair. This is a know problem with not only Out Lander, but also Lancer models. Some dealer are getting assistance from Mitsubishi in Australia, but do not seem to care about the customer base or return sales. This is know problem world wide, so much so even you technicians are say Mitsubishi Motors know that they have a problem, but won't address it. I have complained exessive fuel consumption of my 2015 mirage g4 gli averaging 8. 5km/liter way below as claimed by mitsubishi philippines of 21km/L. On two consecutive checkup of the car, mitsubishi dealer in Edsa Pasay Manila have not resolved or gave an explaination of this unacceptable fuel mileage. Appealing to Mitsubishi Japan to take action in mandating their counterpart in the Philippines by reviewing previous complain and probably resolved this high fuel mileage issue. I'm from Bangalore, India and own a Pajero SFX 2010. Two issues with the vehicle which needed parts replacement i. E. Both front lower arms and Driver's door external latch/lock assembly. These incidents were reported to the Bangalore authorised service centre and I was made to pay an advance of Rs. 7000/- for procuring the spare parts which is unusual. This is my first experience since owning vehicles since the past 27 years, where I had to pay for parts before replacement. However inspite of all this and several follow up calls, I'm yet to receive the parts and hence the work remains incomplete. Its traumatic and embarrassing to pass from the passenger door to open the driver's door. I understand that parts ordered, can take a maximum time of ten days, but its already 45 days and is still uncertain. This is unreasonable and traumatising for me. Never expected from Mitsubishi. Request you to look into the matter and revert at the earliest. Customer :

Impressively in almost every way. BUT Engine light indicating Front Catalytic Converterneeds replacing. Can't find new one in UK without weeks of delay, or used one. I recently had my new Pajero sport serviced, but all the servicing was not done even though, i was charged for it. This is not my first problem with your servicing even though I have tried different service centres. Once you have sold your vehicles you do not seem to care about your customers.
