Hello;
I bought a puzzle of yours at a resale shop recently. The box was sealed and the plastic bag inside was sealed. The bottom left corner piece was not there. This is puzzle 4962-8, Conway Castle. This puzzle has probably been around a while, but it was sealed. How does this happen? Somebody probably has two of them Thanks for any insight.

Evening, I have a huge problem. My partner has had your 3D Beatles sculpture puzzle erected since it was first released, he idolises it. He's had to move home and somehow we've lost Ringo starr from the puzzle. We have all pieces, but can not seem to repair it. Could you please send codes to repair him, or could you tell me where I could purchase new one. Much appreciated.

I just completed a "Flawless Finish" puzzle. (Item 38584) It was a 2012 model, so I'm not sure if you've made these changes already or if you're not making them any more. But if you still make them, I have a couple of suggestions to make these into the flawless finish you advertise:
1. Get better glue to attach the picture to the cardboard as the picture tends to pull away from the cardboard. 2. Make sure the pieces are all cleanly cut. Quite a few pieces weren't cut entirely so the tabs, for instance ripped off as we separated the pieces. This might solve the problem in one for the most part. Thanks for your time.

I play upwords every day with friends. I recently started playing against the computer, but when computer starts using words with Muslim derivations I object. I live and play in America. This is an American game with American words. I will no longer play this game. It is a disgrace the way you have changed this game. You should be ashamed.

To Whom It May Concern:

Please bring back a new version of "Dark Tower" which Milton Bradley originally released back in 1981. We love this game and still have the original intact which we played at this past New Years Eve family party with our children and their cousins. We have pictures of the game which we'd like to send to your company, but for some reason, I cannot attach them to this letter using the "Your Photo" field below. Please let us know how to get these photos to you. My e-mail address is c. Marino@citsolution.com. Thank you, Chris.

I was wondering ID it would be possible for you to bring some of your games from the 1990s back maybe for a limited time like Peanut Panic, Fraidy Cats, Shark Attack, Yahoo Buckaroo, and a bunch of other ones If they could be the original style, that would be amazing it would be amazing to be able to purchase games that I played when I was a little girl and grew up on. I'm not sure how all that works, or if its possible, but I think a lot of people would love it too. I tried looking for used games and they always say sold out. Maybe you can put out a line of vintage, collectors editions or something. Thank You.

Does your company except ideas for new games to create. If so, I have a great idea for one I"m calling "Shop-A-Thon". The players receive a list of people or pets to purchase gifts for with the funds they receive in a paycheck and/or earn along the way in exchange for favors. The game object is to be the first person buy all the gifts before stores close gift exchange day. Caution: there could be set backs during your shopping trip, example; locked keys in car and need to pay a locksmith, had too many spiked eggnogg with lunch and need to pay a taxi or an for uber service, or gifts were stolen and you start over. Also if you purchased the wrong size or a duplicate gift for someone you may have to exchange it or sell to an opponent on e-Bay to save time. Free gift wrap or reward for helping someone would be a payback bonus. If there is a tie, the person with the most money left over after completing their shopping, would win.

I hope you have changed the game board for Guess Who. I have to say how extremely appalled I am at the number of women on the board, which is five. When this is being compared to the nineteen men on the board, it is really offensive. We are living in the 21st century where equalism is the goal. Both women and men should feel empowered and this is not being achieved by one of most popular and established game manufacturers. What kind of message are you trying to convey?.

My Children have the game "Perfection". It was given to them as a gift for Christmas probably two years ago. They've only played with this game about 20 times since then, and that's being generous. Last night, we went to play it and the spring inside gave way so that the platform only stays down for 20 seconds, even when the dial is turned all the way to the full 60 seconds. They were very upset, but I told them I would email the company to find out what could be done, if anything. My eight year old is turning into quite the wary customer and is learning about quality products. This would be a great opportunity to teach him about customer service as well. Can you help us?

I enjoyed playing Candy Land as a child, played it with my children and recently played the new version of Candy Land with my young grand daughter. Her parents and I are greatly disappointed with the quality of the game and the way the game has been changed. The spaces on the game board are very small for a preschool and the spinner is not as much fun as the cards were. I looked at buying the trouble game for her and was disappointed to see that it and Chutes and Ladders have both been updated. I understand that you are in business to make money and that making the games in a cheaper manner saves you money,, but these classic games may not last another generation if the quality is not improved.
