I have 2014 LX570 2014 LS460 and 2008 LS460 in South Korea. However, my 2008 LS460 have a suspension problem. I am not sure, but it seems air suspension is not working properly. When I drive it is very hard and when I go over bump and small road imperfections makes the car feels just terrible. I can not even drive over 100 kilometer per hous. It is every unstable and I can feel road condition 100%. When I set to sport mode and comfort mode, there are no differences in between which means those mode are not working. It feels like there are no suspension at all. I have visited Lexus service center three times, but the engineer can not find what's wrong. They hook up diagnosis computer and say nothing is wrong. But when they test drive they feel the same as I do. Which means they can not repair. As I mension above, I have a 2014 LS460. So I know the feels of LS460. Lexus service center engineers gave up to repair my 2008 LS460. What am I supposed to do?

I have recently bought a used Lexus GS450H in Singapore and was told by Singapore Lexus Service Advisor Mr Peter that the Hybrid warranty for ten years had been voided. Its such a great disappointment as this warranty ten years are supposed to be given by manufacturer. I had previously owned a IS250, ES300 and a LS460. Given such a disappointment, i will not reccomend any friends to buy any Lexus in future.

Greetings,
The reason I am posting my complaint here because Lexus UAE representatives rejected my complaint without conducting any investigation. I purchase RX-350 2015 model with full option of specifications, however, after 6-7 month of very delicate usage the driver seat leather was torn from the side. I made complaint during the next service check, they accused me on using external force to have this damage.complaint manager doesn't answer or returns my calls. No proper investigation was done until now. From my side I can assure that I haven't made any cleaning or no force has been used to damage the seat and I weigh only 60 kg. This damage happened due to material insufficiency which is clearly visible from first sight. I kindly request your intervention to investigate and solve my complaint. P. S. Dear, 1. 8. 2016 I started to use RX450h. Unfortunately car does not read SMS from Sony Xperia Z3 with Android 6. 0. one (identical with Xperia X which should be compatible - by LEXUS web info). I tested also Sony Xperia Z5 compact, HTConeM9 and the problem is same. List of SMS cannot be read or it is empty. Other phones (Samsung Galaxy S5, S4 mini, S6 edge, HTConeM7) are compatible. Xperia Z3 or Z5 works with previous generation of Lexus SW with no problem. Service did not give me any information if and when this problem could be solved. I hope, the recommendation to buy new telephone, is only joke. Also, I hope I will need not to wait half a year for solution of it. I spent currently 16 hours and a lot of expenses with testing which telephone will work in car only due to fact, Lexus web comptibility table content incorrect information. I am surpriced, Japanese telephones are not supported by Japanese car. I hope, you will solve this problem soon. With best regards

I would like to place a complaint for lexus kuwait. I am a loyal lexus customer, however i have been facing a bad experience in the service center. First, an item was missing in my car, ive placed a complaint for two months now and no one cared and give attention to the problem. I have make a complaint over wind noise on my new car ES250 (A)in Malaysia. Reply came back nothing is to be done as they have not detected any abnormality. Basically when we drove above 100km, the wind noise detected pretty high and we are not satisfied with it. I have taken my LEXUS 460 to Bahrain dealer for a repair after the light indicator went off. The car was purchased on 31/1/ 2010. I have been a very loyal customer owning several Lexus models and currently owning another car LS 460L. My complete dissatisfaction came after the dealer informed that I will have to pay Bahrain Dinars 616 ($1633. 95) for Gasket air tube job. I strongly believe that this repair could have been covered under a good-well warranty extension, especially the warranty has expired no longer than a month and half and the car was regularly maintained with the dealer. They have been examining my car all the time and for my surprise this major job comes right after the warranty expires with less than two months. I strongly demand that someone take the time and look into my severe complaint specially me being a loyal customer for LEXUS MOTORS for many years. Please note that the car has been repaired and I have refused to collect the car before I hear from you.

On 26th November 2016 vehicle stopped, sent to Toyota authorized dealer Mandilas Nigeria ltd, Mandilas observed while removing the oil sump there were particles of piston in the sump and declared the piston had broken, the vehicle has run only 9733 Km, we have since contacting Toyota Nigeria Ltd, they have been of no help and state that they are not dealing in Lexus, we later contacted Al Futtaim motors in Dubai (since this vehicle was imported from Dubai) they too have not come to our assistance, There are thousands of Lexus in Nigeria, is this going to be the state for all Lexus vehicles in Nigeria? Good morning, My name is Angelo Taglieri and I am the owner of one of your vehicles, the IS 350. Whilst I am very pleased with the car and it's performance, it developed a problem with very noisy 'squealing' brakes about two years ago. I returned the car to the Dealer from whom we bought it; Melbourne City Lexus, and they told us it could not be fixed. I then contacted the Lexus Customer Assistance Centre at Lexus Australia, and a Mr. Damian Bolton replied to our concerns saying there was nothing they could do. I then explained to Mr. Bolton that I was not pleased with the outcome as the squealing brakes are very annoying and embarrassing. Mr Bolton told me that he would try to resolve the matter, but to date, he has not. If you could e-mail me, I can send you the e-mail correspondence between Mr. Bolton and myself. I am an owner of your Lexus 570 S, which is purchased from your Dubai Agency M/S. Alfuttaim Motors, on 29/10/2015. Soon after taking delivery ie within three days before reaching 400 km, went faulty and experienced some abnormalities like tittering, jerking, vibration on accelerator and sudden drop of cruising speed. Within a very short period of taking delivery of this brand new vehicle several time given in the customer service centre with different problems, still the vehicle is not in a stable condition and I am totally dissatisfied with the vehicle. Every time they find something different than early detected. The major disappointing fact after buying this vehicle is that my would be pleasant and excitement in riding such a pride and costly vehicle turned in to frustration and bewilderment.

I am the owner of Lexus RX 330 and purchased it new in December 2005. Within few days after purchasing the vehicle, the entire dash board has hundreds of cracks. I talked to the dealer (Lexus of Tampa Bay, in Tampa, Florida, USA)and informed them about the cracks. I was informed that Lexus will replace the dash oard as soon as possible at no cost to us. I am driving this vehicle with damaged dash board for close to ten years. It is really a shame to Lexus that they produced a luxury vehicle which looks like crap. Everybody who uses the vehicle besides my self are asking what a shame that you have to drive this ugly looking vehicle. Lexus GS250 2016, I noticed since I bought the car that it slips backward while on D drive, I complained to Lexus service Dubai, who had no answer for that. Recently, another new incidence happened, the car while on R drive slipped forward. This is totally not normal. I dropped the car for 25, 000 km service and complained, the service adviser mentioned that they will compare to other GS models and feedback that other GS models have the same issue, so I should assume normal behavior of a car. Any other automatic car of any brand, this is not normal

Hi there. I purchased Lexus CT 200h in Malaysia. The car is nearly four yrs. The hybrid battery starts giving me problem back to Mar 2015. I sent the car in for checking and revert to me the battery is fine. But the problem didn't get it solve at all. Whenever I stuck in the traffic jam, the warming sign indicate the battery is low. It gives me panic. I sent my car in again on 23/10 specifically asked for full checking on hybrid system. But nothing is done. They still come back to me saying the battery is fine. When I tested in front of the technician showing him how fast my battery reserve drop within 30 minutes and it won't get charge. But none of the technician, service executive, salesperson can answer me how my battery consumption go so fast as the charging pace won't meet the consumption pace. Technician and service executive given two different type of explanation which contradict each other. Maybe they do not even have the technical knowledge at all.

This is Azita from Iran. I got my MS in marketing and wherever our professor wanted to tell us a positive sample regarding customer satisfaction and service, the example was about Toyota. Unfortunately when I have 1st contact with Toyota the experience is completely different with what I have heard. My husband put order of a full NX in your Iran company(IRToya/Arita Co)and it was supposed to deliver it within two months. Unfortunately after three months they ask us to accept a car with complete different options, but they received the amount for full optioned car. The seats are Red instead of Black, seats do not have cooling system, car rims are same as RAV4 instead of choromy Lexus style, mirrors are not closed automatically, there is no camera around and infront of car. Their performance is completely disappointing and I am not sure if you can have any control on their performance, but it would be much better to prevent selling your cars in Iran market if you can not support your customers.

They have done something on the car and the car stood without screaming about two weeks. After that I went to the garage to complain. The answer was: We can do nothing, because there were changed the brakes on the car for any stronger and I accepted to buy the car without changes. So my car scream the all time long by the braking. THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT Can Lexus Japan provide the following information ?, How different is a Lexus built to be sold in Switzerland and a Lexus built to be sold in Canada. I have not been able to get this information yet and I will really appreciate your help. I have a daughter who lives in Switzerland and she purchased a 450h brand new in 2011, the car has only 38000 kilometers and we need the information above, to know if she could eventually bring this car toCanada. We are following delivery of purchase order with Lexes at Chatswood, unfortunately we been informed neither January and February car can be manufactured due to over warming order from other countries you can not deliver our purchase. I wish expressing my deepest disappointment you are considering Australia as your second priority and not willing delivering your commitment to the purchase as a reasonable/manner-able time frame. Write to express my deeply disappointment toward Lexus quality parts deteriorate as well as services that I found indeed ridiculous. I am the user of this Lexus ES250 and my car registration number is AJR8090 registered in Malaysia which our company bought in last July, but I am astonishing to learn about the following are non making sense and ridiculous after 40, 000 km service done in Lexus Ipoh Service Center recently. 1. Brake pad cracked2. Defective Oil sealed cap 3. Leather seat (driver side) appears burble mark With the above deterioration, I have been informed by the service centre adviser and the response was extremely unjustified, they told me this was because of wear and tear problems, not able to troubleshoot them,, but it seems to me this is a ridiculous answer without profession ism. I feel great disappointment of Lexus quality performances and I will not buy anymore LEXUS in view of my fear.

Hello, I am yousif of Saudi Arabia bought for my son Lexus is350 / 2014 and got her accident was introduced in the workshop Lexus company in Jeddah in November was exaggerated repair complete and total vehicle adoption by the insurance company and adopted Lexus begin reformed dated 12/09/2014 and delivery of the car on 08 / 01/2015 and this is not logical to repair a small part of the car and take a month to fix the date of adoption and acceptance and is supposed to fix the car one week. Further to my other email, I believe that there must be plenty of people who have imported a car such as my SC300 and who cannot find information or parts. I would expect Fiat or Ford to have no dealer resources for imported vehicles, but I would expect Lexus to have worldwide coverage for all of their products. Maybe you could have a website dedicated to people like me? A site where we can get information like part numbers for my oxygen sensors. It is very frustrating for me. America has different laws on emissions so their sensors are different from ours in Australia and yours in Japan. Please advise. Thank you

I have a 1996 SC300 which was imported into Australia from Japan as a personal import. As such Toyota and Lexus cannot help me with parts or servicing. I maintain Airbus and Boeing aircraft and I like to maintain my own car. I would think that your Australian dealers should have ALL your cars on their data base to help people like me. For instance, I now want to renew all of my oxygen sensors, but I cannot find the part numbers. US cars are different from Japanese home market cars. My sensors have one wire for the sensors in the headers and two wires in the other ones. Can you please send me an email with the correct part numbers? I love the car and want to maintain it properly. Thank you,

To whom it may concern,
I live in Athens, Greece, I own a Lexus RX 400h and I would like to report an issue. The serial number of the car is JTJHW31U400006658. The car has been parked and unused for several days as I was on a trip. As a result, when I tried to start it, it wouldn't work, so I used a booster battery to do it. As a matter of fact, it started. The car, afterwards continued being unused for the next two days and I faced once more problems, as we couldn't start the engine again. We used similarly with before the booster battery,, but this time even this didn't work. I made a contact with a representative of the company in Greece (the name of the agency in Greece is Polis Inchcape Athens A. E. ) and they gave me their guidance suggesting to recharge the booster battery and try restarting the car again. I followed these instructions with no result whatsoever.

My name is Lorenzo Oliver most folks call me Larry. Well after trading in my IS 200 last year in July. For a GS 250 F SPORT, well i have had nothing, but problems with it. First the alarm system kept going off, was told by the Cambridge office to close the vents and that seems to fix that issue. A few months later, i tried to connect the on line services, which didn't work either, so once again back an forth to the dealer in Cambridge trying all the GS models on the lot still with no joy. Tried the CT models, still nothing. Passed the information to head offices in London. They passed it back to Cambridge offices, saying there is problem, which does nothing for me at all. The issue is the software between my IPhone 5s not connecting, so once again the salesman tried the new IS 250 F SPORT, which was the car, i went in for originally as it connected straight away, which we told the head office in London. They told the salesmen to contact the tech service in London. Will continue.

I bought the lexus gs300 in 2006/7 from your sydney australia dealer.
But have lots and lots of problem with this car.
The latest is the interior rear view mirror which is now coming off.
The dealer said it cannot be fixed without ordering a new part at a cost of a$1600. 00.
I feel this should be factory fault and service free by lexus.
My car has only driven less than 66,000 km.
