Sir, Lugubriously I am to Complain(in the month of May/2016) that I had purchased LG washing machine (WD-85290NP Dt 09/01/2013). My was out of order due to main control PCB not working (6870EC9010A-1(TZAR UNIV LGEPN-PJT) and I contacted all the concerned person from pillar to post and was assured by then from from time to time, but all went vain. Most regretting is the quibbling and dodging of all of them which makes me feel of being hoaxed. Have I done mistake by purchasing LG washer and have pay the piper. This has compelled me to knock your door for commiseration and allegro action

call logged for washing machine on 18th July 2016(Compliant No RNA160718053046) and engineer visited our home on 18th evening the engineer was informed to me the drain motor is problem and he said spare to be replaced and he came on 19th to fix the motor and then informed that there is no problem with the motor and the board is the problem till now this is not rectified and called for engineer several times he is not picking the call, your call centre also not responding properly who will resolve the issue and what is the solution, we purchase your brand and put us into panic situation. Such ridiculous service you have. I am upset about your service after seeing such mail hope you will react. You are losing your customer.

My complaint is against LG Saudi Arabia. I purchased LG V10 mobile few months back and immediately i encountered some technical issue with the (Light Sensor as screen goes black while I am using the phone) and with the battery as it drains very quickly. I approached to the distributor (EXTRA) where i purchased the phone from, but since then I am receiving disastrous service. On 10/04/16 the phone LG G4 stopped working. I brought it to the company (ELINE ISRAEL) which I bought for service. After the checking in laboratory I have been informed that the mother board should be replaced and this failure exist in most of the LG G4 in this serial. The phone was sent to Korea, to LG universal laboratory and came back on 25/05/16. I was 36 business days without phone. Also LG G3 failed on 05/05/16 and repaired on 23/05/16 after the CPU and FLASH were replaced in the phone. I would like to emphasize that I lost all my confidence to LG COMPANY. In August 2015 I purchase three cell phones of model LG-G$, I was on vacation and bought it from your official store. They promised me that the LG service is valid world wide. Last week when my one of the phones suddenly stop working and can not be started. two days later it happened to the second one. I found in the web that this is a known problem in manufacturing. I went to LG office in my country )Israel), and they told me that they do not care as I bought it abroad, and if I want to fix it I have to pay 300 USD per each phone. They said that it is indeed manufacturing problem, but since I didn't buy it from them they do not fix it. What do you suggest that I do, as this doesn't sound to me like the service LG want to offer

I had bought a LG 42" Cinema Screen D SmatrLed TV in 24/10/2013 which has a LG warranty for two years. Two months before the warranty expired
the LED TV screen had some issue. I had made a official complaint and the LG personal from penang can to my home to in Sungai petani, Kedah, Malaysia
and checked said that they will replace the screen, but that did not happen. I get a call from LG service center after sometime saying that they will replace my TV as there is no spare part for that model. The service personal said that they will replace with a new TV that cost 1600 RM, but the TV that I bought was 3000 RM. I disagree, but said will have a look at the TV, but could not find it in the market. Till today 26 /03 /2016 I have not hear from the service personal on my TV. I only need my TV to be replaced to the cost that I paid for. Below is my TV details

Dear sirI bought LG smart TV in 2014, model: 42LA6210, S/N: 402EGSZ0C022 and the invoice is missing. Now, the TV do not display the video (Audio only). I send e-mail to LG Egypt for service support, they ask me to deliver it to the service provider in my city who told me after few days that the TV will be repaired in the guarantee, , after few minutes, they told me again to inform me that the TV is not in guarantee period. After sending e-mail to LG Egypt. Someone (micheal) called me to inform me that the TV is not in the warranty period because I do not have the invoice and the manufacturing date is FEB 2014 and to repair the TV, I have to pay EGP 5, 250. 00 which is more than the TV price in 2014. Now, I am not satisfied because I trusted the LG TV. But, the LG employees transfer another image about the LG Company. I send this message to you (LG Headquarter) to solve this problem. As you know, After sales service is very important for customer to advice everyone to choose LG.

I was shocked at this. But since i am loyal LG customers together with my family and friends, i bought a newer model 43"LED at RM1280 last week. I am truly disappointed with LG's service I was charged RM80 for the inspection by LG though which i do not mind. I do not think spare part are more expensive then the item itself in any case. I have purchased a LG 215lt. Single door refrigerator on 01/03/2015 from GREAT EASTERN TRADING CO. The invoice number is 23/SA/1415/13820. Now problem is, after pushing the de-frost button for liquidating the ice in the deep fridge, the water is going under vegetable box, instead-of coming out through the drain-pipe. I have complained about this matter twice to the customer care. The service engineer have told me that the refrigerator is manufacture in such a way that the problem cannot be fixed. The service engineer was MR. ALAM KHAN, BARASAT SERVICE CENTRE 24 PGS(N) WB INDIA. It is very surprising that, there is no followup about customer service satisfaction from your company's end. It is very unfortunate that, we are facing such harassment after buying an LG product for the first time. Therefore it is my humble request to you to fixed this problem as soon as possible.
