KFC Puregold Subic. First of all, I love KFC original chicken and the fixins that goes with it. Been going to this branch for quite some time now. Issues, no chicken available one hour before they close, other times got no ice, no gravy, no coleslaw. No ice cream. There is no time that we got our order completed in a visit. I even tried to voice my complain to the manager quietly on the side(did not want to make a scene) to no avail. This branch is giving KFC a bad reputation. Love KFC even back in the US.

This morning, we took a lunch at KFC ortigas ave brgy san Antonio, we order 2flavor shots meal, then yung cashier was named Clarice Fernandez, she took our order and I was shock nung kinuha nya ang order namin sa hot cabinet at padabog nyang inilapag, I do not know kung anong problema nya at bastos syang makipagusap sa customer. Sana mabigyan nyo ng pansin ang complaint KO, thanks.

Yung employee ninyo sa admin yung Jerico Alegre yung gay na pervert nakakasira sa eputasyun ng company ninyo. Manloloko at balasubas yan, napaka sinungaling pa. Utang ng utang tapos ung ano ano ang kasinungalingang pinagtatahi tahi tapos hndi nagbabayad. Ang dami ng niloko niyang tao na yan. May mga illegal na transaksyon kase. Binabandera pa man din na admmin siya sa kfc. Matagal ko na siyang kilala at minsan ginagamit niya pamprsonal ang mga dapat iremit sa kfc, pasosyal kase, napaka trying hard maski wala naman siyang pera. Madami pang nakakahiyang gawain yan pero ito na muna ang irereport ko. Hindi ito paninira. I have proof kaya huwag ito balewalain. Nagsalia na ako kasi maapal talaga mukha niyan at hindi ko na matiis ang panloloko niyan si Alegre sa ibang tao. Kaibigan pa man din naturingan Yung mga lalake January wag kayo maglalalapit January, kadiri yan.

My family ate last night September eight, 2018 at SM Aura KFC branch and we ordered backet of chicken and four spaghetti, spaghetti sauce was not enough, we go to the counter and request to put additional sauce for one spaghetti and they immedietly add sauce, we requsted again for another spaghetti to add additional sauce this time Manager Kia Tullao advise that there will be additional charge. I asked her how come that they put spaghetti sauce on the first spaghhetti and did not charge as anyting, but this time you will be charging us. It was not my fault that you provided us spaghetti without enough sauc. And manager arogantly shouting while saying that there would be a charge. I just left the spaghetti at the counter since my kids will not eat it. Please check on this matter customer should be treated with right manners and attitude. IT IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE CUSTOMER THAT YOUR CREW SERVE WITH UNSATISFIED ORDER. FOR KIA TULLAO PLEASE HAVE SOME RESPECT AND THE RIGHT MANNERS, YOU'RE ALSO A CUSTOMER.

GreetingsWe ordered from one of you branches, KFC East Avenue Branch having telephone number 02-4266614 which is near our office which is also situated along East Avenue. Our order was two one piece overload and two one piece chicken with soup. Three were spicy the other was original recipe plus regular coke. I called at 11:30 and was informed that it will be delivered after 30 t0 45 minutes. Unfortunately after one (1) hour of waiting I called again and was informed that our order was on the way only to find out after calling again after ten minutes that the delivery guy was just leaving. To make it worst only two were spicy and and instead of coke, the other drink was ice tea. The delivery guy just told me that the delivery charge was free.
