I am a ownwer of a Honda activa purchased in 2013. Now due to some reasons it is not functioning well. Then i took that to the respected dealer of our city. He said that atleast 15 days would be required for the proper functioning of this. They told there is some defects in the engine. I want to know if, y this work can be done in less than this 15 days time or not. Isn't 15 days such a large time for a Honda scooty to be repared.

Why do you continue to use the HERE navi maps. . they do not work. I have only one time been able to use the first disk they send. They have to send a second one as there is NO DATA on the first and the last two times, same NO DATA on second one. I am very frustrated. Last year after they sent the 2nd one, they did refund my money. NO update for 2017. This year, I have received the 2nd disc with NO DATA and am trying to contact them again. Is there someplace else I can get a navi update? I am an old lady and do not like all this crap. It is supposed to work the first time, but NOT with HERE. Why.

I have purchase Honda Amaze HR 26 CG 2599 car on 31 March 2014 from Ring Road Honda. Today(09-09-2016) I have visited ring road Honda Gurgaon for some issue in clutch(RPM too high on second gear). Adviser had checked the same and he confirmed that Clutch plate, pressure plate and clutch bearing need to be replaced. Fly wheel is still in suspense which they will confirm after replace the clutch plate and pressure plate. And that will cost me(With fly wheel it will be approx 28k)16k. When I raised the question that why it is happen then he said its totally depend on your driving behaviour. Please note that my car is running 65545 only. With just 65545 how it possible that my car clutch required so much work to do. I have been driving since last 12 years with two other Brands, one being Hyundai and other Maruti Suzuki and have never heard or witnessed such remarks from the advisor nor have I got clutch replaced in past in any of the Vehicles. I have a 2009 civic with a defective passenger side airbag. This was confirmed by entering the VIN into the NTHSA website. The website suggested that I immediately take the vehicle to my local Honda service dealer for repair. I contacted San Marcos Honda in San Marcos, TX in reference to the repair. Their response was that they needed to order the part. I asked when I could expect the part to arrive they said they didn't know and suggested that the car only be driven with no one in the passenger seat. This is not an acceptable solution and I would like your help to get this problem resolved.

I was trying to contact the president of Honda in Japan, but can not find an email address. I have been so ripped off by my local Honda dealership and the rude, inept, uneducated, ignorant, and nasty people in the California headquarters. I just thought the president would want to know that his USA people are losing customers everyday because their answer to everything is "No we won't do that. " In my case, it was having them pay $25 for a diagnostic check because they screwed up my 'rewcall' airbags and won't repair them. Dr. Popoli.

This is to inform you that i bought Honda City model 2016 today from Pakistan Honda Avenue Islamabad with a major defect which revealed when i took the car out of the showroom. Half portion of the car dashboard was discoloured due some chemical rubbing, but no one noticed it before delivery. I was shocked to see this defect that the PDI was ok which was just a pencil inspection and no one bothered to check the car. Now they refused to replaced the damaged part instead they agreed to paint it. I am lodging this complaint due to the pathetic service given to the Honda customers in Pakistan. Hi Honda Motors

In Australia I have a eight May 2008 model Honda Civic Hybrid. Recently I went in to have a service and I was informed that the IMF Battery needed to be replaced and that the car is ten days out of warranty (8 year battery warranty). Even though the last time I had the vehicle serviced I had the IMF Light come on and the Honda maintenance said i could need the Battery replaced. Please let me know why?.

Dear Honda Staff., this is not a complaint, it is a question concerning my Honda jazz motor car it was manufactured in 2004 and i am still driving the car, which has done 118000 miles. I thought i would be driving it for many more years as the car has had no real problems for all this time. Recently the gear box has started to make a noise from the gearbox similar to when the car is in reverse. On taking the car to my local garage the mechanic tells me it is a known problem with Honda gearboxes, this has really changed my mind in purchasing a new Honda jazz. Sorry to be a pain, , but the jazz is tremendous apart from this

Dears, I am residing in India, Gujarat at Vadodara and booked Honda city at Aspen Honda Dealer on basis on delivery commitment of 9/11/2015. I have paid all money as sales person told me that Car is delivered from Delhi and will reach to Vadodara by 5/11/2015. Now today I got call from sales person that car not delivered due to quality issue. I booked model IVTEC Silver and sales person told me that for your silver colour Car there is no any issue, but other models stuck up for quality. If such things are happening in Honda I would not suggest any one to go with Honda henceforth as there is no any trust worthiness and transparency seen. I bought a Honda civic elegance from Turkey and company name is "Honda Onur, Çorlu/Tekirdag/Turkey" on 19th October. After paid my money for this car, I had to waite in the company 4. five hours, unnecessarily, but I paid to the company five days ago. The company owner hand over my car as wet, inside is dirty and there are couple stretch on the car. I called to the company, but nobody help me. I was very sad. Your company which is called "Onur Honda" in my city treated me injustice. How is your policy? I did not deserve it. Why your company is doing this false move? You should alert the company Onur in Çorlu/Turkey. I know, there is six years warranty for your car in Turkey, but who is responsible for it ? I want to say you my position now. Nobody said me "sorry" after this situation however the company know this problem. The Honda Onur in Çorlu is very irresponsible for it. My invoice is in the attachment.

I am having very big issue with the treatment that I received from Honda Malaysia. I have booked HRV since mid of March, but until now still no delivery. However I found out that other people who booked in early April already got their car in July. I have sent emails and no remedy action to be taken. The customer service also did not reply my emails until I sent another email chasing for an answer. But no answer was given. I have been using Honda cars since ten years ago. But it seems like loyalty and supports are zero value and I am being treated like a fool. I told them that I will share my story at all available social media platform. I am like a fool to support Honda, but being treated like dirt.

Dear Sir/Madam, Myself Alok from Haridwar, (Uttrakhand) INDIA. I have an issue in my Brio VXMT right side tail light. Now my brio right side tail lamp look like a scratch inner surface. When I touch the tail lamp outer surface then I do not feel any scratch on outer, so the scratch in inner surface. I had mailed my problem to Divine Honda Roorkee (Uttrakhand) also, and they send their service person Mr. Negi and He check up tail light and told me that scratches are inner side, so light will be replace under warranty, but their Service Head Mr. Naveen Viswakarma called (via phone call) me next day and told me this is not manufacture defect and this is customer fault and they gave me unsatisfactory response. So look up the matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/Madam, In January of 2012 I purchased a 2011 (registered in October 2011) 1. four liter Honda Jazz Comfort from a Honda agent in Purmerend in the Netherlands. When the first service was due I noticed that there was no service book (plus guarantee) delivered with the car. I asked for a replacement, but was informed that the service book cannot be replaced and is a one off item. I contacted the main Honda in the Netherlands and was told the same thing. ZDCSC60AOAOBF050283 2nd hand, from HONDA ISRAEL /From the beginning, the battery was very low and after only two weeks, it definitely fails. /Since then, I had to replace another two (2) batteries (in one year!) and last week, again, the third one needs to be replaced. Please note that all of them were under warranty and recommended by HONDA, as well as changed by HONDA garage. / The fast dysfunctional of the batteries wasn't the main problem. actually, it was one of bunch of symptoms. /The main issue was an ignition disconnect that occurred during riding, putting me under serious danger. /At Honda garage, they also replaced the coils and made many other tests but couldn't find the cause of the problem. /Yet, the batteries dying too fast, and the ignition disconnect keeps occurring./Honda Israel, is trying to find and solve the problem with no success. Meanwhile, for many weeks I couldn't ride the bike.
