I travelled to Uganda on Aug two 2017 from Boston, i had excess baggage approximately 8bags that I wanted to pay using an online option however I did ALL I had to do, but on check out the system wouldn't complete the transaction despite the fact that I was with in the allowed 48hrs before my departure. When I arrived at the airport to do a physical check in, i spoke to the cashier and showed her proof from a screen shot, but she couldn't help, but advised me to pay and then file a complaint since there was not so much time before my flight. I ended up paying $1400 instead of $1200 thus paying $200 more which i find unfair. With this note, I therefore seek a refund of the $200 paid in excess. I will be glad for your utmost help. On August 23rd, I was on a flight from DUBAI to Ft. Lauderdale. While it was a good flight, I noticed something very disturbing and downright nasty. A cabin crew member entered the toilet with gloves on for cleaning, he then exit with the gloves on and proceded through the cabin to the food service area. It was then I saw him handed a passenger a glass of water with the same gloves on. I know these people work very hard and try to make every passenger happy, but this is intolerable and unsanitary. This was my first trip on Emirates, and never saw anything like this in my years of travel. Please train your cabin crews.

Dear Sir: I have lost a star ruby stone from my ring on flight EK207 landing in New York on June one, 2016. We look for the stone with a flash light and in the wash rooms (12 1/2 hour flight). My wife flew business class to Dubai on March 11, 2015. She called me to inform me about the bad service she encounter. The snacks/sandwiches in the lounge set there for the duration of the flight and were stale. The steward informed her he would bring fresh food for her. She never got it. She went to the toilet and saw that it was filthy. Food or some garbage had been dumped into the toilet and no one bothered to clean it. I am a Gold member with Emirates and I fly it all the times. I will be flying business class on March 27th with my daughter and I am afraid of the awful service waiting for us. If this happens, I will never fly Emirates again. I am scheduled to fly to Bangalore in May, June and August (business class) on Emirates. I will have to change the carriers. Emirates is not interested in being world's best. What disappointment.

We paid the extra money to upgrade our tickets to business class, but when we boarded the flight on June 23rd, first the flight wasn't full as we were told, there were at least 20 empty seats in the economy class, and second we were put to the economy class despite the fact that we paid extra to upgrade our tickets to business class.

I was cheated by Emirates, coming back from my vacation in Tanzania, i missed my flight although i was there about one and half hours before the plane took off, i wasn't able to get anybody to help me and my five years daughter at the airport. The next day we went downtown to the Emirates office where we were told that all the flights are full until July 4th, remember we were in Tanzania for three weeks, we are almost out of money, we couldn't afford to pay for hotel anymore, and that was June 20th. The other option we were given was to upgrade our tickets to business class from economy class
