- have been on phone with three comcast representatives for over 30 minutes since 6:37 AM, including a supervisor named Mary in the Phillipines, and BEGGING them to confirm the status of my scheduled service visit at 7AM this morning. Case Number CR735327273
What should be a simple process is needlessly frustrating. Nobody seems to know what to do and how to resolve this.

I would like to speak to whoever is the head of customer service for South NJ. I can be reached at area code 609-471-0604. I am appalled that you have limitations on what you will accept in this area. You won't accept any other language than English, you won't accept spelling errors, you won't accept shortened words, nor will you accept copied content. I expect more from a company that doesn't even respond when to my complaints. If you feel comfortable with the terminology displayed on this page, I will set my own. I will only accept contact from the head of customer service. I will allow two business days for this contact to occur or I will turn towards social media. I also expect to be contacted by somebody who has full control of the English language. They must be underdtandsble. Since you feel comfortable recording every conversation I have with your company, I will be doing the same.
