I tried many time to call Citibank Customer Service Indonesia since yesterday, but difficult to get the respond. Just this morning I called 69999, it was also many times option and make me mad. Just want to inform that i can not use my new card since I received the new one last month. The new card have been active as per the rule, since i received message from Citibank. What's happeing in my new card ?.

Unprofessional call center. After citibank offered me to change my type of credit card so I can enjoy the free membership, the phone OTP can no longer be used because they wrongly record my phone number. Call them multiple times to fix the error, but always get the same lame excuse " my system is not working, please call back again, it will take 5-7 days to fix this , etc ". It has been months now and it was still not fixed. I guess closing the credit card will be fastest solution. Such a disgrace for the big name.

Citibank Indonesia is a total disgrace to the Citi brand. I have dealt with many Citi services, but the call center in Indonesia is simply runbish. Marissa and the lady whom I spoked to on Nov. 22 do not understand their own protocol and have no idea about their offers. Plain ignorant and have no sense of "attending to customer needs. " On top of that, Citibank Indonesia has no sense of time so their promise is just not worth relying on. I am not sure what the management is doing, but they are definitely not taking customer care as their priority. So much to complain about, but simply not worth my time. I'm sure this complaint will be ignored anyways.

Bulan September lalu terdapat counter City Bank di perkantoran saya dan menawarkan pembuatan KK dengan mendapatkan free travel bag
Dan setelah dihubungi dan disetujui saya mendapatkan two KK(dimana diawal saya hanya minta one KK saja) tetapi setelah dikonfirmasi akhirnya saya terima kedua KK tsb a/n Rozana Machmud. Dan saya menanyakan hadian travel bag-nya bagaimana dan dijawab bahwa saya harus mengaktifkan KK tsb lebih dahulu nantinya otomatis akan dikirim. Akan tetapi hingga saat ini saya belum menerima travel bag yang dijanjikan (pengaktifan pada awal Oktober dan dijanjikan travel bag akan dikirim 14 hari kerja setelah pengaktifan)
Apakah City Bank ingkar janji dan hanya menarik nasabah sebanyak2nya tetapi hadiah hanya iming2 saja ?
Harap direspon complaint saya karena saya telah menanyakan ke agent yang menawarkan tetapi tidak juga ada respon
