Please I travelled to Uganda with my Simcard on 20th January 2020 with hope of returning to China, but due to covid 19 I wasn’t able to make it back to China. My simcard is connected to my Bank accounts in China for both icbc and bank of China. Surprisingly my wechat money was suspended since I am not in China. Hello my name. Is Tholoana Dineo Moeketsi . I am a China moble client and I am a Foriegner my mobile number is 13530390784. Something strange is happening. I cant seem to make calls when I make calls I get a message saying my call service has been suspended and I also cant use use my mobile data this has been happening for over one week now. Yet, I have a 599 positive balance on my account. I tried to call customer servive, but I do not understand what is being said as I do not understand Chinese. I searched for a direct Englsh service contact on this site, but this number doesnt go through it requires that I have airtime inorder to make calls its not free. Its very inconvenient to be a foreigner and not be able to use your phone in public in China. Ones life totally depends on their phone. I have been trying to get hold of the customer service for the past two hours I don’t understand anything they say The recorded voice is inaudible I can’t tell if it says press or * for English I pressed both, but I still get a person speaking Chinese I keep telling them I don’t speak Chinese and they keep repeating one and the same thing as if repeating it will then make me understand Chinese Iv spoken to about five people this morning and all of them keep repeating the same thing as if I will magically understand Chinese Where is the English help line ? It looks very pathetic and ridiculous that China mobile deducts the amount of a customer without the consent or willingness of a customer. In other words China mobile deprives the customer from his remaining balance if someone try to download a free application and suddenly some other application appears and you don’t know that these are paid applications. Later suddenly message from China mobile comes that we have deducted such amount. How can a cellular company like China mobile can deduct the amount without verification or consent of its customer. Simply we can say it is a electronic theft.
