Isn't it ironic that comments must be punctuated properly and in ENGLISH. When one goes through menu options for bluebird, it IS in English from an American, I assume. After that, if you have issues to discuss, you're in the language barrier zone with incompetent, extremely rude customer service personnel. They told me they're in the Philippines. Numerous attempts to understand them both linguistically and audibly seemed to fail. One male csr was more clear,, but it took me three attempts, calling, and being put on "hold" for 20 minutes. A supervisor was not any more well-equipped to handle problems, and I was told to call back. I do not foresee any change, and my only recourse is to never have any issues, OR find a comparable per-paid card with customer service available SOMEWHERE ELSE. Even the csr's in south America speak the language better.
