Your seller registration rep called asking me to register and as we were going through the process, (my profile was updated) we realized that we required more KYC. I repeatedly asked the rep if i will be charged as i had updated my credit card details, but he said no and to get back soon as i get my KYC. At the end of the call i noticed an amount of INR 2628 was deducted. I called back to report. He said it will be refunded in 24 hours. Nothing happened, they charged me again in April a fee for not selling anything on your website. Every time i call for refund and help, they ridicule and ask me to write to so many different email id's. No one seems to resolve my issue. I want my money back and my registration cancelled immediately.
