I have always been nervous to buy anything online and use my credit card, but i ordered a christmas gift this year and was delighted with how quick it arrived and i thought i would definitely order again in the future. But i awoke this morning to a charge of $89. 27 taken out of my credit card for something called prime member. I am not a Prime member I would like my money put back on my Visa card please ASAP, This is the reason i have been so afraid to order online, you have really disappointed and angered me, I thought i could trust this company because a lot of family and friends use your services. I was getting Amazon. Ca customer service I was getting phone number 1-888-706-5333, and when I phoned this number these people were asking me my Amazon credit card number which I did not give to them. I asked them that I wanted to order HP XL63 Ink, but they repeatedly kept asking me for my Amazon Credit No. I did not give them. Whenever I call Amazon they already have to my phone number and get all my information including home address, phone number etc. Etc. When I did not give them my personal information, they started cursing me and started very foul language. I thought they are not Amazon because when I call Amazon, they are very respectful and courteous to deal with. Amazon should check out this phone number as to who are these not Amazon Co. fake number acting using Amazon's Name or abusing Amazon's name. My Phone number is 613-228-9032

I placed a couple of orders through Amazon, didn't realize that they were from two different sellers. Yesterday, one of the pair of sneaker shoes from the US was being delivered to my home by Canada post, they asked me to pay $59. I was upset. That was not mentioned anywhere on Amazon that I will have to pay for customs and duty. That is misleading. I do not want the shoes if that's the case, also would like to cancel both orders if I have to pay even a penny more. I am dissatisfied with this and am very unhappy. I do not know if I will place another order with amazon because I am afraid.
