Mr. John Dean Iv On Phone To Advice And Counsel Bank Of America Service
I recently got fired for a term i said to a co worker that i didn't know was racial. I apologized to the person that day, but do not know when he called HR to report it. I already had management come speak with me the day it happened. The management team minus the leads were black, and I feel that I was reverse discriminated since at least 80% of my team is black. I am not racists, but just feel that I was terminated for something I didn't know was a bad term used for blacks. Two days later another coworker that worked with him, came to me and asked, "If I called you a white cracker, what would you think?" I replied, " Ritz or Saltine. "

Everyone I have talked to outside of Bank of America, has been supportive of me and thinking this was messed up. I was nice to everyone on my team especially the managers. Now I'm afraid no one will hire me outside the bank if they ask me why I left the bank. Where do I go from here?.
