Promenade Location Ralph calls me after head office gets my complaint and concern for a tire
he claims he is entirely booked up for the next two weeks, but I have to get the tire and he will bump everyone to fit me? Not sure if that is sarcasm because I know if I walked in off the street his store would assist me
he has told me to drive my what looks to be mostly worn out spare dinky tire on the hwy to Etobicoke and I should be able to get there in 20 minutes and be seen right away or if I can arrange getting the tire myself then I could be serviced by him
not sure this was very helpful or great follow up or follow through on an initial complaint.
maybe I am wrong, but for a repeat customer seams not very helpful service.

David complete jerk needed a tire michiline and he said maybe 1-2 day, but maybe 3-4 days maybe next week
called head office and 2x stores
he also said the load rating is 100 and I said it was 97 he said it was old and I would need 2x tires as 5, 000 kms on a winter tire rated for 50, 000 kms would be 20 percent worn out
complete jerk and was wrong on the michiline website the rating is still 97V
also green ross has 2x stores that have these tires in stock
he claimed he knows that no store or green and ross has these tires I am looking for in stock without checking
now I see why that franchise store has one star customer service from locals as they are rude not informed and do not try to earn the business and see that business goes anywhere, but there store.
