Sir ,My name is Dipti Roy and I had a car policy of United Insurance company Limited.Sir i was client of United Insurance Company nearly for nine years.On 14/8/2008 my car met with a accident and then i have done all the necessary things .My son Debasish have visited the Barasat branch office many times, but there the branch manager assured us that we will get our claimed money very soon.For studies my son was out of town for four years and when he returned i told him that still now we have not received the claimed money.He then visited Barasat branch office and after going there the branch manager said him that our claim is closed and he said my son that he have no time to entertain us.So sir this type of behavior and harasment happened with us.Please sir its my humble request to look after the matter at the earliest and do your needful so that I can get back my claimed amount.My policy number is 031001/31/07/01/00001912,name of the person insured is Mrs.Dipti Roy.
