Regarding my mobile No- 9861207205, I am to say that I cannot get any incoming calls and messages to this number. But there is only outgoing calls. When dialed from any network from anyplace an automated voice says that the phone is switched off, eventhough it is switched on and having excellent network signal at Tulasipur, Cuttack where my other reliance GSM phone is working perfectly. As a result of this incoming (both call and message) problem I am undergoing unspeakable problem in getting OTP for basic services like Netbanking, Aadhaar, online ticket booking, etc. I have contacted the customer care officer and the local customercare office several times, but the issue still persists.
