I am writing this mail from Chirayinkeezhu. I am a retailer, shop name HARITHA. On. December 8? 2014 I took recharge coupons from new Mts sales executive named MANILAL. After he left from our shop i checked the bill, the calculation was not correct. I informed the calculation mistake to MTS sales executive. Next coming day he will correct the mistaken bill and adjust the amount in the next bill that was his reply. On next after next week another executive came here with a very short quantity stock. I also told about the mistake of the previous bill. He refused to give back the money. I also informed this to Mr vipin. His reply was the problem will be solved on Monday or on Tuesday.
