I purchased one maharaja burger at MC Donalds vijaya forum mall, Chennai on 10th may 2016 at around ten PM, i gave card to the person concerned, he swaiped the card at POS and error came, so i gave different card and payment of rupees 175 was made. But later i found that payment from both the cards was made, so please check and refund the amount that was deducted extra i. E Rs. 175.

I and my friends are coming to your restaurant (Hard castle Restaurants Pvt. ltd, Anna Nagar, Chennai-40) on 20. 01. 2016 – evening 05. 20 pm and this is our eleventh visit to your restaurant. We bought five items (i. E. Veg. Maha MC – one no, Veg. Maha-1 no, Chicken Maha – three no’s) the chicken pieces are not good in taste to eat because it is in very black/heavy fried,
Your charging/invoicing amount is high, but I can’t get quality product in your restaurant at the same time service is very bad and finally I putdown the food items to your restaurant dustbin, I and my friends are coming this time due to your esteemed TV advertisements, But it is not good to eat and your service also.,

My son Akash Mohan along with his three friends went to Mc Donald at Ampa-Skywalk, Aminjkari , Chennai on 15 /02/2015 evening around 6:00 PM. They took food for rupees 856/-. My son tried to pay through debit card of state bank of Travancore, Edappally Branch, Cochin ( Card No: 5211140007793076). The counter person swiped the card and told that the card do not honour. He is forced to pay cash. On 16/02/2015 Bank statement showed a transaction of rupees 856/- to Hard castle Restaurant with reference POS 504679147906. Since he has already made the payment in Cash, how the money has gone to Mc Donald? Now he paid double amount. Kindly look into the wrong transaction and arrange to return the money to the account. Hope you will do the needful. Unfortunately the bill is left with the food tray. There is no contact number available on site. My son's contact number in Chennai is 9944171342 preferred time is after 4:00PM.

Around two weeks back I took a parcel from Mc Donalds to enjoy my meal at home. I've always been a fan of your food... The Big Mc Paneer Wrap in specific.., but unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality of Paneer in my wrap that day. I also ordered a Mc Paneer burger and the paneer was absolutely ok. The paneer in the wrap was hard, dry, cold and probably spoilt. I was thoroughly disappointed and actually shocked to see such bad food from such a reputed joint!
Being a loyal customer of yours since such a long time, I felt it was important to bring this to your notice.
