This is G Kalaiselvan , Holding a LIC Policy number is 757930830. I took this policy in March 2015. At that time i have given ECS option. But still they are not deducting through ECS. I enquired in LIC karur brach registration the issue and found that they have entered my account number wronly, they have missed one number even i have given the cancelled cheque. But i have Requested My agent to correct the issue, but nothing happened and i have send a mail to karur branch and the respective manager, but there also no response. Kindly i request this is the poorest response from your end. Due to this i am paying penalty for the problem that occured from your side. So kindly response by this time. Thanks,

I am Karthik and my policy number is 704104777. I had opted for the online autopay for the premium from my HDFC bank. Without remembering the autopay, I have paid the premium in the LIC center on 04/03/2016. Also the amount been debited from my account on 05/03/2016. This resulted in the premium got paid twice. A from tirupur and due to my lapsed policy they asked me to go for medical test on October 22nd and after 20 days they asked me to go for another medical check up again after ten days they asked me to go for another medical consultation. I done everything and submitted all required document to LIC. Now almost three month is going to over and still i did not get the details for the premium pending for the lapsed policy.
