I purchased KENT PEARL from AQUAZONE, G. S ROAD, GUWAHATI and presently having AMC with AQUAZONE for regular maintenance of the set. But I am very much disappointed with their service - in fact in the name of service recently their service personnel deactivated BEEP WARNING SOUND MODE permanently against my complaint and for which the unit has come to total shutdown without any warning since last couple of days and their personnel are not attending in spite of repeated requests.

Complaint registration no, 14798dt 8. 12. 14. Your service man came with the false tds meter and took reading and told us, it is 120. When I told him to show me the reading, he tried to dodge me second time also. Finally I caught him that he was simply trying to fool us and telling us the reading is high and suggesting us to replace the filters, I never expected such kind of fooling the public in this way and looting. If this is the fate of your registered service centre then what we can expect from others. I do not know what to say.

I am living at allahabad and i have purchased kent ro purifier in November 2012 and paid rupees 14500, but within two years i have faced great problem. I have called service centre and they said to me that your machine lost motor, membrane and adopter and i have again paid rupees 4600 for smooth running the machine. Hence advice not to purchase kent ro+uv system.

I bought kent grand in January 2013 and within first three months there was a leakage and repairing had ro be done.Ever since the product has been troubling me as it stops workng due to some fault or other. In October I logged a complaint for a fault in machine which was rectified and by end of October the machine has topped working again.
I am completely disguisted with the product as I have put in so much of money in purchasing it and it has not even given me a year's normal service.I have logged a complaint for the 4th time since my purchase. I want this faulty unit to be replaced immediately or if possible to refund the money. How can a company sell product like this when there is so much of competition in market and difficult to survive. I would advice people not to waste there money by buying this product.

I am Suhas from Gurgaon have purchased Kent Pearl on 15th September 2012. Since the day one I am regularly facing the problems with the unit
1) Immediately after the installation realized reject water was continuously flowing even after filling the tank completely.
2) Next month we saw some leakage from the base of the unit.
3) Again after 2-3 months we saw similar leakage from the base of the unit.
4) Today 26 July 2013 again we have seen similar leakage from the based of the unit. This time leakage is very high.
Customer service prompt resolving the problem, but what to do with faulty unit

I REPEATED TALKED TO KENT CUSTOMER CARE, but NO PROBLEM SOLVED.
HENCE, ITS MY SINCERE REQUEST TO YOU ALL, NEVER EVER RELY ON KENT RO SYSTEMS, AS ITS POST INSTALLATION SERVICE IS VERY VERY VERY POOR.
