I have a microwave basic model (17PM - MEC1). I unplugged the plug from the electrical socket and tried to test if it is leaking radiation. For this I placed a phone inside it and tried to call that number from outside after closing the microwave door. The phone within the microwave started ringing. This is to inform you that I had purchased one IFB make washing machinefrom M/s Avinandan Electronics Pvt Ltd. Dunlop, Kolkata-700056 on 29. 8. 16. The M/C was Delivered at my residence on 30. 8. 16 and to our surprise, We found that a different model was delivered against same model number mentioned in the packing slip. Consignment was taken back. Another m/c got delivered to my residence on 31. 8. 16 and when the same was unpacked, the m/c was found to be in poor condition with exterior surface being rusted. Also the model mentioned on the packing box and challan is not matching with the name plate reading of the machine body. We have contacted the dealer, but there is no proper response from them. An Email mentioning all the above details was sent to ifbcrm@ifbglobal.com on 2/9/16 A reply came on 6/9/16, but no action have been taken so far. M-9433642383.

Today at about 3. 00PM some one phoned me and identified himself as a representative of IFB and talked about warranty etc. I do not understand the attitude. Is is not to attend the unit first and talk about fees/warranty later or otherwise. However the warranty states a three yr on cavity and magnetron. Thus if it be something in regard must be attended free of cost else the service charge and or cost of equipment to be borne by me. It is simple. I want clear explanation of this disparity and replacement of the wrongly delivered model as mentioned above. Again, in future a great deal of problem and difficulty in getting warranty benefits and in any other issue, for the customer, may arise as a result of this mismatch in the model number of the product, as mentioned, between the original copy of the Buyer's Tax Invoice and the body of the delivered top loading washing machine, against the same booking/order. Therefore urgent and proper arrangement from the part of the concerned authority to resolute the problem is highly solicited.

On Apr 12, the door was locked and IFB customer care came an dbroke the lock and reported defective motherboard. But since then I have no confirmation of repair by IFB. Some one said in customer care that the machine is obsolete, but it is still sold online. They said as my machine is under warrantee I can get it exchanged. But I cannot get any more information. The machine is fine, only its electronic panel is to be repaired. But here they do not have people to do it. Ideally you should take the mother board and get it reparied by skilled technicians. I think we should not waste a machine and spoit IFBs name. Please help,

I, Sankar Pramanik, reported severally regarding my 6Kg unserviceable Washing Machine since 28 March 2016. One person came on 30 March 2016, checked and said washing machine was Ok, he put 100gm powder costing Rs. 160 for Scalling and advised me to let it run for 45 min. Then went away. Later I observed that machine stopped functioning. I reported/complained again on 31 March 2016 and I was assured of getting it Ok. But none reported thereafter. My several reporting till today became futile My original Ticket No. 1102037143 dated 28/3/2016, then on 31/3/2016, 6/4/2016 and 8/4/2016 achieved nothing.

I have purchased one IFB air condition 1. five to in May 2015. During 1st servicing it was found that PCB board is malfunctioning. It was changed after 15 days and the problem still persist. I have tried several times to contact, but always response came that we are sending technician by today, but that today never happened. Sometimes even the customer care does not pick up the phone even. I am now in deep trouble as the summer is approaching. Today(17/02/16) morning we had a discussion with Mr Rehman (mob. Dear SirI have purchased one Elena Delux washing machine on March 2011. So four years warranty just completed. Now one cracking sound coming from the machine during spinning. I have lodged a complaint on 08/08/2015. The ticket number is 16172940. On the same day your representative came to my house and checked the problem. He told that the bearing along with the socket will be changed. On 11/08/2015 your Kolkata office gave estimate of rupees 4000/= towards the cost of bearing socket and drum. We asked them that why I will change the drum of rupees 2400/=? Your representative told us that only bearing and socket need to be changed. Your Kolkata office told me that only bearing is not available in IFB. So I have to change the drum also whose price is about rupees 2400/=. Please look into the the matter seriously. Post sale service is one of the important factor for surviving in the market. I am waiting for your kind justice.
