I have been following up with Mr. Rohit Devadigada for my refund which he was following up since Jan'16, however till date I have no update on the same. Also ICICI team does not even bother to reply to mails sent to them as an escalation. In this jet age also ICICI is taking three month to close on my complaint by not even a single repsonse / call from their side. Such a degraded service is not expected specially when the case is on escalated level. If people who are hired to solve escalation level only behave in such a way then what response can we expect from their juniors.
