It is very sad that such a service oriented company exist in India. I had sent a document from Chennai on 11 Dec 2015 from Chennai vide ticket number is C991B1618762 to Madurai. Till date (17. 12. 2015)it was not delivered to Madurai. None of the telephone numbers provided in their portal did not work. They give a reply " temporarily they are with held. " From the tracking service I came to know that it had reached Madurai on 16. 12. 2015. Courier companies are supposed to provide a good service. If they cannot run the company they should close it and should not put the customers to difficulty.

When I was giving the courier to that person who was in Bangalore Electronic city phase2 office, he was like it will deliver by Monday(8th of June). But still it did not reach the destination.
