My account number 5669770227 and without my request they have given ready cash facility. I have requested so many time to remove such facility, but no body interest to help me. SMS alert I am not getting prompt. I came to know that some amount I have taken from ready cash. It may be my fault which I had not intimated. Considering the above facts I loose my faith from Citibank. I talk to Citibank customer care help desk, but they unable to help. I am getting every week call from Citibank about loan/other facility which is not fair. I am ready to pay by any mode of ready cash amount with interest/try to close my account if I will not convinced.
