Then an amount of Rs. 50/ was deducted citing wrong topup without my concurrence. I demand that the excess amount of Rs10/ be credited to my account immediately. I also demand that no credit or debit is done to myaccount without my authorization hereafter. Please note that my request is not complied within seven days I reserve my right to take appropriate legal action including costs. The matter is not about money butyour unauthorized action.
