On my telephone 0883-2464757 the hangama music and movie services have been activated WITHOUT MY CONSENT and I am being charged for the services. I have submitted a written compliant to Rajahmundry BSNL office for activating the hangama services without my consent and requested them to de-activate the service immediately. As per their advice an e-mail has been sent to support. BSNL@hanagama.com requesting to de-activate the services, but the mail bounced back without delivery. In my monthly telephone bill charges for hangama services has been added for the second consecutive month even after my complaint. Please look into matter and de-activate the hangama service immediately.

I have prepaid BSNL mobile connection. I have balance of rupees. 421/-for talktime and 395 MB in data a. C. As 0n 5/4/16 at seven pm. I viewed youtube for nearly 40mts at 7. 30 pm. I am closely watching my data usage. As per my assessment i would have utilized about 300 MB for 40 mts, but to my surprise the service provider deducted not only 395 mb, but also deducted rupees. 160/ from my talktime. I never expected this sort of DOUBLE WHAMMY from BSNL which amounts to taking customer for a ride i need an explantion from BSNL.

it is very unfortunate that the BSNL today and yesterday sent message that Free SMSs are withdrawn, it appears that it is only to discourage BSNL cellone customers and to go to other operators. The BSNL changed the free calls for landline also; earlier 175 calls are free to any number, now the free calls are allowed to BSNL numbers only and outside numbers are charged, the BSNL shall provide free SMSs and free calls from landline to other operators also. Otherwise it shall be understood that the BSNL itself is discouraging its customers-T.S.RAYALU, ADVOCATE, 9440482849
