Our landline number is 0836-2361479. We have regular problem with our landline phone. The call is not received even though the other side can hear ringtone. We have give complaints and each time linemen comes and repairs. It works temporary and then same problem. He took the handset twice, but the same issue. He informed to replace the handset, but said that 1000 has to be paid. Why after paying a deposit for phone should we pay and should Bsnl not replace our faulty telephone. I kindly request you to resolve the issue as we are facing this issue from one year. I do not want to change the operator as I have been so long customer with Bsnl.

There appears to be a serious problem with my Broad-band input signal at my house (0836-2272115, ChaitanyaNagar Layout, Bairidevarakoppa, Hubli). Since few months, we get the internet signal only for few minutes in a day. Several complaints were lodged at vidyaNagar BSNL Office. Unfortunately all those complaint docket numbers were closed without actually resolving the problem. Every time they say there is a problem with cable etc. Unnecessarily I am paying rupees 1100/- without able to use the broad band facility.

I've tried restarting my modem, changing modem, spiltters and what not, but you're shitty connections make so fucking short tempered i can not even begin to explain. The internet connection is so fucking unstable it keeps dropping more times than a lady can have orgasms. Sometimes its the DSL that's not holding and sometimes its the unstable internet connection and every fucking time that happens i gotta fucking restart my modem hoping the problem is solved. I fucking pay 1000 rupees per month and i have the right to fucking demand a stable connection for the money that i pay. So please for the love of God please fucking do something about this shitty fucked up connection that you fucking provide your customers who loyalty pay you the amount every fucking month.
