I have taken the Loan from axis bank and have paid eight installments. First month I did have any issue on the emi. Second month onwards the started getting calls as to the ECS is not working it will be upgraded next month. Hence I need to pay through others channels I did the payment. For the third month again I got the call saying I need to pay through other channels. Later to resolve this issue the team came up saying the bank will provide me 0 balance savings account so that I can transfer the EMI amount to the same and it will be debited to loan account directly. But nothing happened as such. Again I had to do online transfer. Now from eight months I am doing online transfer. But still getting calls and this very annoying. Kindly check with the statement of EMI payment and contact me or email me immediately before I raise complaint in consumer court. My loan account number is PPR067702449702
