I would like to degrade the plan from 299 magic comobo pack to basic plan in post paid. Every month I am not able pay 400. The price is too high. My number is 9095581104 I am in annul rental plan and paid Rs 1018 on first week of AUG WITH LATE OF 15 DAYS. So I have told to pay, 22. seven to 21. 8, full amount and I paid. For 22. eight to 21. 9, again I got bill for full amount Rs 323. When I contacted Anjali Celluler Udumalpet, they told to pay Rs 123 as charges and they themselves Rs 200 as rental and I paid Rs 123. But for 22. nine to 21. ten, I got the bill for rupees 525 including balance Rs200 current rent late fee Rs 50. Again I have contacted Anjali Celluler Udumalpet, now they told me to pay Rs 125 only. Balance Rs400, they made them to be waived. When contacted Aircel Hopecollege Coimbatore, my payment was updated by service provider only by OCT and looking into the matter. So for I didn't get any reply. 1. What happened to my advance payment Rs 1018 ? 2. Is the bill revised by deducting previous balance late fee ? I am customer of Aircel for more than 11 years.
