Call back after two in the morning, I am not happy about this response, I bought (2) bags of Werther’s Original Harvest Caramels, Caramel Apple soft Caramel, they were not very good, had no apple flavor whatsoever, I had a hard time understanding the customer service agent who answered the phone, very unacceptable and I will not be buying any more of these Werthers Original.

I have been buying your Werther's soft caramels for way over a year. In the past few months I have noticed a difference in the taste and also the texture of each piece has changed. Before, the taste has been a more caramel taste and the texture was a litter harder than the ones I purchased lately. Please let me know the reason for this change. I loved the original soft caramels I bought and I just wondered why the change.

I was having a soft carmel last night. As I was enjoying my carmel I felt something hard in the candy. I spit it out and discovered a tooth in my piece of carmel. And no it wasn't mine. I do not chew my carmels I suck on them. It wasn't visible to me when I popped it in my mouth. This has really disenheartened me. I love your candy, but I am now skeptical. I have a picture of the tooth. I do not have the package as I filled my candy dish and threw the bag away. Please help restore my confidence in your products. Thank You.

Hello Today is March 2nd 2016 I just bought a bag of your creamy caramel filled hard candy weather originals from Dollar General in Lakewood Ohio first and then I found a look at the back of Amanda says best selling day August 31st 2014 wireless still on the shelves I have no idea and it says best are 43-8 if anyone gets this message could you please give me a call or message me back thank you.
