When I received the charges from my credit card they charged me an additional $3. 09 for a foreign transition that I never approved. I booked this in U. S. And never told this was a foreign transaction. I request that you please credit my credit card back that amount. My confirmed booking is DED406. I made this reservation. At the time of reservation nothing was mentioned regarding " Resort Fee". I always rent room in Vegas (They always mention how much is the resort fee each day and how much is Total Cost. Not this one. It says " The total cost including all Taxes and Fees ". I thought is a bargain. I had other choices. I do not care about the money " Just the principals ". Also I chose two Queen beds not king bed. I do not want through back and forth argue. If you solve the issue about the beds and change it to two Queens I am alright and pay the resort fee. Sincerely

Checked with hotel supposedly made by Otel.com, but when I called to verify they did not have a reservation for me. Am trying to cancel and get back my full refund, but number for customer service is BOGUSFortunately, I took pictures of their online hotel offer posted by Trivago to prove both companies falsified a travel voucher. Am filing a complaint with proof of pictures to Consumer Protection and and Better Business Bureau in Hawaii. I demand my money back Booking reference: 18672792 and cancelling all business transactions previously made.
