My credit card name f g vallance is having $9. 50 Australian taken out my son has cancelled the subscription and you are still taking my money. I am getting very anxious over this issue. My son tells me you have sent him a confirmation of the cancellation yet still the money is being taken. I have phoned the bank and they said i will have to close my bank card etc which is another time consuming issue for me. I have filled out the withdrawal form and have tried to send it tho the listed email address you have on the internet which bounces back and unknown. I am starting to feel again like this is another scam making it very difficult to stop you from taking peoples money.
