i have bought a fila sunglass in last feb i.e feb 2015 from life style .but gradually it started cracking up from one of the frames. so with in the warrenty period i went to the store for service and the store also kept it as a manufacturing defect and told me to come back after 30 days. but even after 50 days they dint call me rather i had to call the m back for enquiry. and they are playing with me now telling all the random stories. please help me with that to get the proper justice

Disappointed to report that a Fila sunglasses that I had purchased from Lifestyle Mumbai to present my friend collapsed suddenly today at the rim of the glasses despite having been sparingly used and carefully handled. My expectation out of brand of Fila's repute has been very high and expect this to be an aberration during the manufacturing process. I would request you to have the sunglasses replaced and advise me on how to go about the process. I have attached images of the Sunglasses for your reference.

I had purchased Fila sunglasses (picture attached) early this year around 2nd March These glasses, despite sparing usage and careful upkeep, had developed a crack in the frame on the inner side of the left lens holder. Initially, it looked like a thin vertical band of discoloration till it developed into a full blown crack today and is no longer wearable. Please have these replaced for me at the earliest. I had purchased these shades from Shoppers Stop store located in Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. I had high opinion of Fila brand and had spent around rupees 3, 500/.
