I sent my BC30-212 in for repair at the cost of $100 and it was delivered on October 20th. The RA was 325972-R and I was dealing with Karla Gomez. She told me that the amp could not be repaired so it would be replaced. I finally received the replacement yesterday and the packaging was deplorable. The box looked as if it had been used 50 times and they didn't have the proper packing material so they supplemented the ill fitting foam with bubble wrap. Mind you, this is a 75 lb amplifier Had I been home at the time that it was delivered I would not have accepted it. It was so bad that I took pictures of it before I opened it which I would be happy to provide if you are interested. The larger of the two speakers was ripped from the chassis, but from all appearances, it looks as if only two of the available four screws were used to secure this speaker to the frame. Even though this was covered under warranty, I spent $100 of my own money for shipping and that's what I get? Unbelievable.

I am not pleased with the warranty repair on my amp that I purchased four 1\2 months ago. I sent the amp to one of your repair facility and after a month they could not diagnosis the problem at Jaydon Electronics so 11 days ago your representative Karia Gomez said that she was going to have the amp sent to your main repair facility in NV. You have had my amp for one 1\2 months for a warranty repair this is not acceptable. I have not received any reply from Karia after leaving messages. This is RA 325442-R Karia phone number 702-800-8290 ext 5710. After this long I would expect you to replace my amp with a new one immediately. I purchased this amp to use not to sit in a shop.

Hello friends. I have a bugera 6262 head that when is played for about 15 min it will automatically switch from the lead channel to the clean channel by itself. What would cause this? I think that the tubes may have been biased to high, would that or could that be the problem. Please help because I obviously can't gig with the head acting like this. Thank you.

I have 333xl combo brand new out of box played for ten minutes then started to make crackle popping sound then blew the main fuse and shut off will not turn on i replaced the fuse it turned on then only one tube got super hot and glowing and started making popping sound but i turned it off before it could blow fuse.
