Purchased one pair ladies Sandal from Ur Liberty Show Room Tirath Nagar. Talab TILLO, jammu on 08-06-2016. Within weeks time of usage, all stitches of both the pair teared off. The concerned Show Room has been requested for replacement of the defective ladies Sandal, which they have only got restitched locally not to our satisfaction and that too after great persuation and regular visits to Show Room for ten days. Anyhow, the sandal again became in defaced position as all stitches got teared off only after two days usage. Again the matter has been brought to Ur Dealer and requested for replacement of the defective ladies Sandal, which has been not considered though the warrenty period is there. It is requested to kindly make it convenient to get the Sandal pair replaced from your concerned Show Room as lot of harassment has been met by us. Looking forward for early redressal of the grievance. Thanks.
