Dear sirI have purchased one Split AC (Model No: LG LSA3AT3M-1TON 36044) on 12th Feb 2015 with invoice number 282141. I came to know about the model during my visit to your stall at Vanitha Utsav 2015. At that time, your sales executive Mr Sooraj convinced me that this model have special feature to repel mosquitoes. I was interested with this special feature and so ordered the AC by paying 5000 additional even though similar models were available without this feature. But I have bad experience that the special feature was only in letters and not working. I made a complaint with the customer care and the executive came the very next day for inspection. And it was really depressing to say that the executives were even unaware of the feature. So I request you to kindly do the needful to fix the problem or replace it with some other model.

I purchased an LG 42LB6520 model TV from Lulu Centre Al Nahda Sharjah on 15. 01. 2015When I tried to register the product the serial number was not in the list. I complained and so far no reply. Now the remote is not functioning properly. Volume is working, but settings. Picture editing , etc not working. What can I was told that it has on-site international warranty.
