Our land line number is 0884 2388555. We have 3MBPS unlimited broadband plan. The bills are regularly paid by the Registrar/Principal of JNTUK Kakinada. Even though bills are paid, the phone and internet services were stopped for this number for a month and was resumed only yesterday. Even now the internet speed is very low. It's. 22MBPS upload and. 42MBPS download. Hope the internet speed problem will be solved shortly if not immediately.

I am BSNL Broadband customer with phone number 08862244099.
I did not receive any phone bills from you, but i know the bill of September more than rupees 1100 and October rupees 1000, but i can not understand this, no detail from your department is given. I am in 250 plan. I submitted employee proofs to get 200 plans and also complained you after completion of my mb. There is no indication in system, several times i informed to authorities to rectify this. Due to this problem bills are increased without usage by me.
