For some technical reasons the connection could not be processed. I have been following up with him to refund the amount collected, but he keeps on dogging with reasons. One Airtel person by name Srinivas with mobile numbers 9573682109 and 9963937452 collected rupees 860/- in cash in the month of May 2018 for one moth broadband service. However I was told by Airtel personnel that the speed in my area is very low. Immediately I cancelled the service and contacted Mr. Srinivas for return of my amount. I also booked a written complaint. So far I did not get my money back nor did I get acknowledgement of my complaint from Airtel. Though I am trying to contact Mr, Srinivas I do not get any satisfactory reply from him. I request you to solve my problem and immediately return my money.

EVERY MONTH 2ND I HAVE MADE ALL THE PAYMENTS @315/- I RECEIVE MINIMUM four BILLS EVERYMONTH. THIS MONTH I HAVE RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT MY DUE IS RS. 292/- BUT I HAVE MADE RS. 315/- ON 2ND MAY 2018, ON 5TH 10TH I HAVE RECEIVED A BILL FOR RS. 59S/- I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON WITH AIRTEL CUSTOMER. IT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE THAT DESPITE MY MAKING PAYMENT OF RS. 315/-, TODAY, THE 14TH THEY HAVE DISCONNECTED MY OUTGOING SERVICES. I cannot attend a Airtel outlet as I and my husband (85 years old house bound) are both disabled.
