Our supplier one parcel booked from Bangalore to Chennai on 30/07/15 at 17:37 vide LR No. 902285 ask me about the parcel will came our factory on 05/08/15 at 18. 00, but we can not accept the parcel delivery Charge and return the parcel. As per the Booking will charged Rs. 403 against LR. But we have receive after 6days, but your charged will Rs. 750 with door delivery. We have sent our vehicle to collection from your local branch after discussion and confirm branch incharge, but at the time he is telling the parcel is delay due to traffic issue and unloading person not available so tomorrow morning delivery the material at your place with our vehicle. Please request you to delivery the parcel as per charges immediately.

A parcel was booked from Bangalore to Cherthala (SBCX to STLY) on 19/03/2015 vide way bill number 879022 asking me to pay Rs. 350/- to take delivery of the item weighing 20 kgs. Today morning I received a call from 9656249858 asking me to take delivery of the item paying Rs. 420/-Sharp at 5. 00 pm I reached the ABT office to take the delivery, but I found the office completely locked. I called up the number and inquired. To my dismay he told me that he cannot tell at what time he would be there. Frustrated at his reply I asked him to specify the working hours during which I could come, but he was not giving me any proper reply. Kindly address my grievances as to the demand of extra money and the working hours.
